Based in Baton Rouge, Red Stick Brothers/RSB Property Management recognizes the city’s diverse population and is dedicated to providing quality housing options that meet the needs of all residents. Their goal is to create accessible, well-managed living spaces that foster comfort, trust, and community.

Johnny
Owner, Operator
John, born and raised in Baton Rouge, began his career as an electrician working across the country before transitioning into nursing. He spent eight years in the emergency department at Charity Hospital and later worked 12 years as a traveling PICC line specialist, serving hospitals in Houston, New Orleans, and Baton Rouge.
After investing in property, he saw firsthand the shortcomings of traditional management. In response, he and his brother built their own company to take a more accountable approach. Today, they manage 250 units with a focus on consistency, quality, and long-term care.
Josh
Owner, Operator
Born and raised in Baton Rouge, Josh has spent 15 years immersed in the local real estate market, building and managing a 300 door portfolio across A-class, Section 8, LIHTC, and multifamily properties.
He co-founded his company to solve common investor challenges like slow communication, outdated systems, and lack of accountability.
Joshua manages every property with local expertise, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to transparency—applying the same standards to client properties as his own.
Lauren
Office Manager
Lauren was born and raised in Baton Rouge and takes pride in serving the community she’s always called home. As Operations Manager at Red Stick Brothers, she brings over a decade of experience as a self-employed entrepreneur, along with a strong passion for small business, efficiency, and attention to detail.
She focuses on creating smooth, organized processes that benefit both property owners and tenants.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys Louisiana’s Sportsman’s Paradise, spending time fishing and working toward her captain’s license.
Juannie
Bookkeeping
Juannie worked in the healthcare industry for 30 years as a Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator. After retiring in 2014, she began a new career in property management.
In 2016, she was approached by John and Joshua to help launch their startup property management business. She set up the office, built operational systems, handled day-to-day operations, and managed bookkeeping.
In 2022, Juannie stepped away from daily office operations to focus full-time on financial responsibilities, while continuing to support the office staff.
