
RENTAL APPLICATION PROCESS
At Red Stick Brothers, we try to keep things simple. Therefore, we have a 5-step process from start (touring a home) to finish (getting your keys). We are excited to have you apply.

TOUR PROSPECTIVE HOME
Have you seen our listings yet and toured a home? If not, check out our listings HERE. Then, come in to our office and do a self guided tour. For the self guided tour, an appointment is NOT required. A license and $20 refundable deposit will be required for the tour; after you return you get your license and $20 back.

ONLINE APPLICATION
After you liked the home you toured, you are welcome to apply for it. You can put your application in HERE. At the end of the application is a $40 non-refundable application fee due at time of submission.

OUR TURN!
Once your application is submitted, we go to work reviewing it. We will perform a credit check, background check and eviction check. After we do that, the information goes to the homeowner for approval.

SECURING THE HOME
If the homeowner approves of your application, then you can pay your deposit online to secure the property. This will be emailed to you. After payment is secured we will set up a move-in date and send the lease to you.

FIRST MONTH'S RENT AND MOVE-IN
After signing your lease, the final step is submitting your initial rent payment.

If your move-in date is on or before the 15th, your first month’s rent will be prorated based on your move-in date.

If your move-in date is after the 15th, your payment will include the prorated rent for the current month plus the full rent for the following month.
You can make your payment online before your move-in date or bring a money order on the day of move-in.
On your scheduled move-in day, you’ll receive the keys to your new home.
