HOUSE TOUR

We will come by and tour your home to ensure we are giving the most accurate analysis for what (if anything) needs to be updated before renting, as well as realistic rental income earnings.

DOCUMENT MANIA

Next: legalities. Also known as: document mania. We will draw up the legal documents between you and RSB Property Management so we can move forward.

SECURING THE HOME

At this time you would pay your initial onboarding fee to RSB Property Management and we would gain access to the home through keys and garage door openers.

M&M: MAINTENENCE AND MARKETING

Almost as sweet as M&Ms is Maintenance and Marketing. We will provide any maintenance needed before renting (such as painting and replacing locks), and then we begin marketing. From there... the rest is like a smooth bike ride into the sunset as we begin the rental process.
